🇨🇦 DELIVERY & RETURNS (Holy Ate)

Delivery

We offer shipping and delivery for all our orders Canada-wide and internationally.

  • Shipping Location: All online orders are shipped from our main Canadian fulfillment centre.

  • Order Fulfillment: We ship all orders within 24 hours of receiving them.

  • Canadian Deliveries: Please allow 3–5 business days for your order to be delivered within Canada.

  • International Deliveries: International orders have an additional charge, which is calculated at checkout based on the delivery address. Delivery typically takes 7–12 business days, depending on the region.

  • Tracking: You will receive an email from us with your tracking information and estimated delivery date, which is provided by our shipping service provider (e.g., Canada Post, FedEx, or a local courier).

    • Tip: Please check your spam folder in case our email was redirected there.


International Delivery Charges & Customs

When ordering goods from Holy Ate for delivery overseas you may be subject to additional import duties and taxes, which are levied once the order reaches the specified destination.

  • Customer Responsibility: Any additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. We always recommend contacting your local customs authority for more information before placing an order.

  • Unpaid Duties/Taxes: If these charges are unpaid or you refuse to pay them, your order may be returned to us. In this case, we will be unable to refund shipping costs. Any costs associated with the return to us will also be deducted from any refund value.

  • Customs Destruction: In certain situations, if duties and taxes are not paid, your order may be destroyed by customs. In this instance, we cannot refund product or shipping costs.


Returns & Exchanges (Clothing)

At Holy Ate, customer satisfaction is paramount, which is why we offer hassle-free exchanges on all purchases.

  • Initiating an Exchange: If, for any reason, you're not completely satisfied with your order, simply reach out to our customer service team at support@holyate.com or send a text via our Instagram handle.

  • Quality Check for Exchanges: Catering to the hygiene standards for our apparel, all exchanged items will undergo a quality check by our team and will be approved/declined for exchange.

    • We reserve the right to not accept an exchange if:

      • The product(s) are returned after use.

      • The product(s) are damaged.

      • The product(s) do not have all the original tags.

  • We will work with you to arrange an exchange (for a different size, colour, or style) if your return meets all the checkpoints, helping to make the process as seamless and stress-free as possible.


Important Note on Refunds

Due to the exclusivity of our products and the limited quantities, we do not have a return policy for refunds.

  • All orders are final, and we do not provide any refunds.
